Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Total Man Cave. We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes for oversized items). International shipping is not available.

1. Shipping Specifications

We believe in straightforward pricing. All rates are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.

2. Fulfillment & Logistics

To ensure the highest quality control, we manage a dedicated supply chain for all our "Man Cave" gear.

  • Fulfillment Origin: While our corporate office is located in Wilmington, DE, all orders are quality-checked and dispatched from our primary fulfillment facility in Pennsylvania.

  • Who Fulfills Your Order: Most items ship directly from our Pennsylvania hub. For certain specialty or oversized gear, items may ship directly from our domestic manufacturer’s warehouse to minimize transit time and the risk of damage.

  • Processing vs. Delivery: * Processing (1–2 Days): Our team picks, packs, and prepares your gear.

    • Transit (4–7 Days): The time your package is in the carrier's hands.

    • Total estimated delivery time is generally 5–9 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal once the order is picked up. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.


3. Large & Oversized Items (LTL Freight)

For heavy gear (such as large furniture, poker tables, or arcade units), we utilize LTL Freight to ensure safe transport.

  • Curbside Delivery: Large items are delivered "Curbside." This means the driver will drop the pallet at the curb or the end of your driveway. Drivers are not authorized to bring items inside your home, garage, or up stairs.

  • Appointment Required: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. You must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • The Inspection Rule: You must inspect the pallet for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged, please note "DAMAGED" clearly on the receipt and contact us immediately.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives with visible damage, take clear photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged items. Email the photos and your order number to support@totalmancave.com within 48 hours.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, check with neighbors and contact the carrier for GPS verification. If the package is not found within 3 business days of the marked delivery date, contact us to initiate a formal investigation.


5. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We cannot modify the destination once the order has been processed. If a package is returned to our Pennsylvania warehouse due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
