Where We Ship
- Shipping Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
- International Orders: Not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding globally soon—stay tuned!
Shipping Costs
- Orders Over $200: Free shipping
- Orders Under $200: Flat shipping fee of $15
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly shown at checkout—no surprises.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (New York) are processed within the standard timeframe.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days after processing.
- Total Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping Days: Monday through Friday.
- Delays: Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or external factors.
Shipping & Carriers
- Freight Shipping:
- Most larger items are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers).
- If your order requires freight delivery, we’ll contact you to schedule a curbside drop-off.
- Please double-check your phone number during checkout to ensure smooth coordination.
- Standard Shipping: We also partner with UPS and USPS for smaller items.

Order Confirmation & Payment

- Your card is only charged when the item ships.
