Total Man Cave provides shipping to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are detailed in the table below. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

2. Order Processing Specifications
Order Cut-off Time

6:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling Time

1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

This is the time required to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
Transit Time

4-7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

This is the time the package is in transit with the carrier after leaving our warehouse.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship orders through reputable domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include:

The designated shipping carrier.

A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
4. Delivery Issues & Address Corrections

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping orders returned due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must report this to support@totalmancave.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office before contacting us.
