Refund policy

Introduction
At Total Man Cave, operated by Nexus Brands LLC we want you to be confident shopping with us. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with easy returns and refunds.
Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Conditions
Product Condition: Items must be in new condition (unopened in original packaging or never used). This applies to both defective products and non-defective products, including cases of customer's remorse (e.g., changed your mind).
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personalized or customized products
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@totalmancave.com with your order number. We respond to all return requests within 2 business days. Once approved, we'll provide you with specific return instructions and a prepaid download and print return label. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, and package the products securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided by our support team. All returns must be conducted by mail.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Total Man Cave is responsible for the return shipping costs. There is no cost to the customer.
Customer Remorse: For returns where the customer changed their mind (e.g., wrong size, color, or no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
5. Refunds
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days once we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Currency: All refunds are processed in USD.
6. Report Damaged Products
Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
Reporting: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at sales@totalmancave.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Freight (LTL) Shipments: For large items arriving via freight, please note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the delivery.
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.
8. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If a product is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
