Shipping Policy

  • Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses within the United States.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    • Orders over $200: Free Standard Shipping.

    • Orders under $200: $15 Flat Rate Shipping.

  • What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the following business day.

  • How long is the handling time? Items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • How long is the transit time? Delivery takes 4–7 business days via reputable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated at 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.


Returns & Refunds

  • What is the return window? You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • What are the return conditions? Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and have all labels/tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    • Defective/Incorrect Items: Total Man Cave pays for shipping and provides a prepaid label.

    • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Are there restocking fees? A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns involving a change of mind or customer error.

  • How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is inspected.
