Shipping Information

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are in the works—stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $200  , Orders Under $200 has a Flat shipping fee of $15

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST are processed the same or next business day.

How long does shipping take?
Expect your order within 4 –7 business days after processing.
Total delivery time: 5–9 business days from purchase.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS and USPS for reliable, nationwide delivery.

Is my order insured?
Yes! All shipments are insured against loss or damage.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, we prioritize sustainable, eco-conscious packaging whenever possible.

Is there a restocking fee?

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may still return the product. In this case a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier info.

 Missing Items

What if something is missing from my order?
Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery to support@totalmancave.com.
We’ll investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Eligibility & Timeframe

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

What items are eligible?
Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Can I return made-to-order items?
Only if they are defective /damaged

 How to Return

  1. Email us at support@totalmancave.com with your order number and return reason.

  2. We’ll send a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely in its original condition.

  4. Use the prepaid return label provided.

  5. Drop it off at the courier location listed in the instructions.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How are refunds issued?
Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the original transaction currency (EUR or USD).
