Where is Total Man Cave located? Our physical headquarters and base of operations is located at 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 105, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, United States. Unlike faceless retailers, we maintain a physical presence here to manage our domestic supply chain and customer support.
Is this a registered business? Yes. We are a legally registered entity operating under the name Total Man Cave. All transactions, manufacturer warranties, and official correspondences are backed by our registered US business status.
What are your hours of operation? Our dedicated team in Wilmington is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). We use these hours to personally coordinate with our freight partners and perform quality checks on outgoing orders. We are closed on federal holidays.
Shipping & Logistics
What is the order cut-off time? To ensure timely dispatch from our facilities, orders placed before 6:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this window, or on weekends/holidays, move into our fulfillment queue the following business day.
How long does handling and transit take?

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). During this time, our team verifies your order details and prepares the unit for secure transport.

Total Estimated Delivery: 5 to 9 business days.
Where do you ship from and what are the costs? We ship exclusively within the United States. To ensure the safety of your "man cave" gear, we utilize a network of domestic hubs and reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Orders $200 and over: Free Standard Shipping.

Orders under $200: $15 Flat Rate Shipping.
How do I track my order? Once our fulfillment team completes the final inspection and your order is dispatched, an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link is sent to you. We monitor these shipments internally to ensure they are moving through the network as expected.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to set up your product and ensure it meets our premium standards.
What are the conditions for a return? To maintain our inventory quality, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all protective inserts and tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase from Total Man Cave is required.
Who pays for return shipping?

Defective or Incorrect Items: Total Man Cave takes full responsibility. We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Are there restocking fees? A 15% restocking fee is applied to returns resulting from a change of mind. This fee covers the labor required for our team to perform a full technical inspection and repackaging of the unit at our Delaware facility.
How long until I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected by our staff in Delaware, we process the refund within 7 business days. You will receive a notification once the funds are credited back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are only possible before the order enters the physical processing stage. Because we begin preparing orders for shipment immediately after our 6:00 PM EST cut-off, please call us at +1 844-220-0010 as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once a unit has been staged for pickup or shipped, it must be handled as a standard return.
