We want the process of returning an item to be as straightforward as possible. This policy applies to all orders placed within the United States. You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to start a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


1. Return Reasons & Associated Costs

Google Merchant Center requires full transparency regarding who pays for shipping and any applicable fees. We categorize returns into two specific groups:

A. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If we sent the wrong item, or if the product arrived damaged or defective, we take full responsibility.

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 (We provide a prepaid shipping label).

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00.

  • Action: Take a photo of the damage and email it to support@totalmancave.com immediately.

B. Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)

If you decided you no longer want the item, purchased the wrong size, or simply changed your mind, the following terms apply:

  • Return Shipping Fee: * For original orders over $200: $0.00

    • For original orders under $200: $15.00 flat rate

  • Restocking Fee: 15% of the product price. This fee covers the cost of inspection and processing for high-value man cave equipment.


2. How to Complete Your Return

Follow these four steps to return your item:

  1. Request Authorization: Email support@totalmancave.com with your order number. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare the Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

  3. Ship the Item: Use the shipping label we provide or send the package to the following address:

  4. Tracking: Once shipped, email us the tracking number so we can monitor the arrival.


3. Refund Processing & Timelines

We do not leave you guessing about your money. Here is our exact timeline:

  • Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, we inspect it within 3 business days.

  • Notification: We will email you to confirm the inspection is complete and notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Transfer of Funds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Final Credit: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to show up on your bank statement or credit card balance.


4. Exchanges

We only offer direct exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. For any other changes (such as choosing a different model), please return your original item according to the Change of Mind terms above and place a new order on our website.
