What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged
When your item is delivered, please inspect the packaging carefully. If there is any visible damage, including to the box, make a note on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to inspect at the time but suspect possible damage, mark the receipt as "suspect damage." Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take photos and email them to support@TotalManCave.com. Our team will respond swiftly, typically within one business day, to arrange a replacement or refund.
